| > By placing a purchase order you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. > All prices shown are ex. VAT and are ex. UK warehouse. Children's products are zero-rated. > Prices may be subject to change, without notice. > Carriage charges are for a next day service within the UK mainland. Prices for timed or Saturday deliveries can be quoted on request. Carriage charges to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, EEC, and Rest of World can also be quoted on request. > Samples are non-returnable and are charged plus postage and packing (min. £1.50 p+p). > First orders placed are required to be paid for in full on a pro-forma basis. We will be pleased to open a credit account subject to receipt of our credit application form and three approved trade references. Our credit terms are 30 days Nett from Invoice date for all approved account customers. > Custom or Special orders are subject to 50% deposit, due upon placement of order. > Carriage will be charged on all orders. > All goods remain the property of International Insignia Ltd. until paid for in full. > The Company reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% per month on all overdue accounts. > Returned or un-represented cheques will be charged at £20.00 per representation. > Only faulty products that have not been worn or processed will be credited in full. > The Company cannot accept any responsibility for defects arising from wear and tear, neglect or improper use or washing. > The Company cannot accept any responsibility for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control. > Orders involving embroidery, overseas procurement or any production work cannot be cancelled and must be paid for in full, unless written notice of cancellation is received before any production or decoration has commenced. The customer will be required to cover any costs incurred by the Company up to the point of cancellation. > Order for stock items may be cancelled by means of written notice at any time before goods have been dispatched. Returns will only be accepted once authorisation has been obtained from our Customer Services. Valid returns will be subject to a 15% handling and administration charge, together with carriage costs if applicable. No goods are sold whatsoever on a 'sale or return' basis. > Whilst every effort is made to ensure that goods are shipped correctly, the responsibility rests with the customer to ensure that goods are checked, even when delivered to a third party, before decorating. No returns will be accepted whatsoever once goods have been embroidered, printed, embellished or modified in any way. > Claims for goods that are non-delivered, that do not comply with their description, or that are damaged, must be received within 10 days of receipt.
